Our Services: Groundworks
Many of our surfacing schemes require a degree of groundwork preperation. Sometimes it is more economical for the client to allow the surfacing contractor to manage and carry out "the whole package".
We at Northumbrian Roads Ltd. are qualified and capable of doing the following elements of groundwork preperation.
- Bulk excavation and disposal
- Shallow drainage (gullies etc.)
- Kerbs and edgings
- Paving and landscaping (not planting)
- Ironwork adjustment
We do price larger packages which contain more complicated civil engineering but we would look to outsource that specialist work to one of our supply chain partners and manage the overall package ourselves under our own quality systems.
