Joanne has been with Northumbrian Roads for  over 15 years to date. She has been influential in the company’s growth  and prosperity over the years.

Her knowledge of the various IT systems has enabled her to develop the company’s Quality systems over the years and she is trained as a quality auditor.

Today she is responsible for the accurate production of management accounting information as well the completion of all the company’s VAT returns.

Joanne also operates the company’s purchasing procedures and is responsible for the organising of the various site resources on a daily basis.

She is often the first contact point in the company’s dealings  with suppliers, sub contractors, hauliers, insurers, banks and accountants. She runs an efficient admin. team which form the heart of the company’s operations.
