Lindsay joined Northumbrian Roads following sixth form at the local high school where see gained 9 GCSE’s and NVQ levels 1 and 2 in Business Administration.

During her first year of employment with the company , she went on to gain an NVQ level 3 in Business Administration on a day release basis.

Lindsay has been with the company 12 years to date and still displays the same enthusiasm and interest in the business as she did when she first arrived.

Her roles and responsibilities have increased over the years, having moved on from simple admin. duties and telephone work to today where she takes control of the company’s credit control system as well as some purchasing functions and PA work to the directors.
